We extend our gratitude to everyone who attended Akinn Group's Year End Seminar, 'Strategies and Opportunities for 2023,' held at The Royal Institution in London. The event was filled with thought-provoking conversations and valuable takeaways, providing us with reasons to remain hopeful for 2023 despite the challenges of increased uncertainty, geopolitics, and supply chain constraints.

A notable mention must be made for Trafigura, who provided fascinating insights into the role of metals and commodities in shaping future investment trends. Similarly, KBRA offered an intriguing glimpse into private markets, structural arrangements, and rating tools for unlocking dry power. We were also captivated by the EU banks panel as they discussed strategic positioning and business plan calibration. The final touch on an incredible evening was the excellent wrap-up on 'illiquids to liquids.'
